4. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned, we will contact you for re-delivery. Note: Extra shipping charges may apply.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
6. Address Errors: Packages returned due to customer address errors may incur re-delivery fees.
7. Delivery Lead Time: Our standard lead time for orders to arrive is as follows:
• West Malaysia: 2-3 working days
• East Malaysia and Singapore: 6-7 working days
