TCD Tempe taste, texture & quality
Excellent on all three components of taste, texture, mouth fill & quality. However, the cutting sometimes lacks consistency & can be thick slices which is not as nice ( some packages). Almost 90% of the time, it’s fried just right but occasionally there are packages with burnt tempe chhips ( brownish) & also occasionally some packages are overly salty ( too high salt distribution), we have purchased & eaten at least 70 of TCD ‘s tempe to give this comment on consistency.
